Prints, Prints and more Prints

I recently had the idea to print some canvas pieces for my friends.  I have had some interest from several people too and I am quite humbled by it.  I just think of myself as a amateur photographer and amateur is what I want to be.  People often think that being an amateur means you do not make money, and professional you do.  Like a amateur hockey player and a professional hockey player.  For me I am happy be be an "amateur" as the word in french means "lover of".  So yes I am a Lover of Landscape Photography.

These are my first canvas prints done for my by Costas Costoulas of Resolve Photographic Services.  He is quite the top notch guy that I am so lucky to have dealt with since I have started printing large format. 

I think I will never go back to prints on paper again, as canvas is stretched and wood framed already.  That negates the requirement of framing a print and picking the complemenart color for the matte and frame.
