Bio:
My name is Matt Graham or Matthew if you are my parents.  I am a completions engineer for a large energy company in Pennsylvania. I have a wonderful wife that I married in May 2010 that makes me so happy.  I like photography, Canon Glass, sailing, hiking, golfing, and x-country skiing.   Hopefully I can share some of my pictures so the whole world can see. I have been shooting with an dSLR since January 2009.

Gear:
A lot of people comment on my photography and one of questions I always get is "What kind of camera do you have?."  I think its fair to say that in today's digital camera market the best camera is the one that is on you.  That could be a Blackberry, an iPhone, a 4 megapixel point and shoot or an 21 megapixel SLR. I wish people would take that to heart and take photos with whatever they have BUT have an idea on good composition and technique. When it comes to Canon or Nikon or whatever, I think it comes down to what your friends are using.  You can ask your friends camera questions, borrow and try out lenses and enjoy the new stuff each company comes with together.
